You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies and should not be solely relied upon. In no event shall the total liability of AI Super Private Limited for all claims exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the past 3 months. You agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable WhatsApp terms, policies, and guidelines, including but not limited to rules regarding spam, messaging practices, and user consent.

AI Super Private Limited does not control or guarantee continued access to WhatsApp services. We shall not be liable for any restriction, suspension, or termination of your WhatsApp account, including but not limited to bans resulting from your usage of the Service.

You agree that any consequences arising from violations of WhatsApp policies, including account suspension or loss of access, are solely your responsibility.
